Laremy Tunsil’s Twitter account tweets bong video before NFL Draft

Prized Ole Miss lineman Laremy Tunsil’s Twitter account tweeted a video of Tunsil smoking a gas mask bong leading into the draft on Thursday.

Ole Miss players have had plenty of controversy surrounding marijuana-related activities headed into the 2016 NFL Draft and highly prized offensive lineman Laremy Tunsil has now taken perhaps the biggest hit thanks to a Twitter video that was posted on his account before the first round began. A controversy that could shy teams away from Tunsil on Thursday night while the talented lineman waits to hear his name.

Tunsil’s Twitter account tweeted out a video that depicted a person that appears to be Tunsil smoking a bong out of a gas mask. A video that was obviously deleted, but the damage was done as Deadspin instantly swooped in on the story with a screencap that can be found below.

Tunsil and Robert Nkemdiche both were already viewed as character risks coming out of Ole Miss, but this draft day social media gaffe could be devastating for one of the most gifted lineman available in this year’s draft. There are allegations that the video could have been shopped around, but the damage is now done as whoever drafts Tunsil now will have to deal with media question about a video of their newest prospect smoking a gas mask bong hit on Twitter. Something that will understandably hurt his stock as teams make their picks this weekend.

H/T Deadspin.
