Biggest Faller: the Rams (-11). Their playmakers didn’t show up against Philly, and injuries have hit them hard. Have a lot to prove.
Biggest riser: the Redskins (+10). I still can’t quite believe that they’re for real, but their defense showed up and Rex did his job. If the run game gets going, they could surprise.
