Biggest Fallers: The Texans (-5). Still falling, and looking like a shell of themselves. Something needs to happen here, or this could get ugly.

Biggest Risers: The Cowboys (+5). Rob Ryan’s defense is for real, and Tony Romo is doing enough to keep them in games. Even though they didn’t win, it was an impressive performance this week.
