Suck For Luck Power Ranking:
Not much movement in the Andrew Luck power rankings this week as the Colts still remain the heavy favorite to land the Stanford QB.
1) Indianapolis Colts (0-10)
What this team does well:
- Everything!
- Colts seem to have more issues then a third world country
- Have two of the worst QB’s in the league
- Bye week will likely solve none of their problems
What this team hasn’t done well:
- Didn’t lose this week
Bad For Barkley Power Rankings
Now let the fun begin. This week Matt Barkley did something even the Great Andrew Luck couldn’t do this season: beat a very solid Oregon team. Barkley looked terrific this past week and has clearly put a stamp on the #2 overall pick in next years draft, or at least will certainly be the second QB drafted. Bring on #BADFORBARKLEY!
In other college football news, Robert Griffin III might be getting his own power rankings soon as he has proven to be a very strong prospect, taking down OU and Landry Jones this past weekend.
Please take note that these power rankings only focus on teams that need a QB this upcoming off-season. Equally bad teams like the Rams, Vikings and Panthers get a pass.
1) Washington Redskins (3-7)
What this team has been doing well:
- Continuing their downward spiral
- Sexy Rexy
- No semblance of a running game
- Shanny having no clue what he’s doing
What this team isn’t doing well:
- Having a close call this week almost beating Dallas
- Still having talent on the defensive side on the ball
- Not knowing what Shanny will do even if they have the number 2 pick next year
2) Miami Dolphins (3-7)
What this team is doing well:
- Still have only 3 wins
- Have much tougher schedule down the stretch
- Tony Sparano still the head coach
- Clear need for a franchise QB
What this team isn’t doing well right now:
- Everything
- Resembling a playoff team
- Matt Moore playing as well as any one in the league
- Matt Moore!
- Dolphins offense and defense clicking
- Playing hard and as a team
3) Arizona Cardinals (3-7)
What this team is doing well:
- Big early divisional loss to another contender for Barkley
- Skelton coming back to reality
- Beanie Wells inconsistent play
- Fitz still probably very much in need of a solid QB
What this team isn’t doing well:
- Kolb might be returning soon
- Investment in Kolb might make them skeptical of drafting a QB
4) Seattle Seahawks (4-6)
What this team has done well:
- Still clear need for QB
- Pete Carroll’s relationship with USC and Barkley
What this team hasn’t done well:
- Win the winnable games
- Solid team at home
- Better then Rams and Cardinals
- Sidney Rice
On the bubble : Cleveland Browns (4-6), Kansas City Chiefs (4-6)
