Manning Face is an NFL phenomenon in which one of the Manning brothers contorts his face into a look that’s something between surprise and disgust, usually after he’s done something horribly awful. The mouth is always open, and the eyes stare into the great beyond, hoping to find an answer to… something.
The younger Manning has made that face far more often recently. While Pey Pey was smashing records and taking names last year, Eli was throwing a career high and NFL leading 27 interceptions.
So for the game to be realistic, it was important for this year’s edition of the Madden franchise to get Manning Face right. And did they ever nail it…
