Ryan Fitzpatrick started 12 games for the Houston Texans in 2014 before suffering a season ending injury and the Texans are on the hunt for another signal caller. Will this be the end of Fitzpatrick or Ryan Mallet in Houston?
Per source, Browns quarterback Brian Hoyer is planning to sign with the Texans tomorrow.

Expectation is that Brian Hoyer will be in Houston to sign the deal tomorrow at 3 p.m. CT. And @RapSheet says Ryan Mallett has a deal, too.
