Adam Schefter is reporting that the Tennessee Titans are signing the former third wheel of the Atlanta Falcons receiving corp. Douglas had a career year in 2013 with 83 receptions but with Julio Jones and Roddy White healthier in 2014 his output decreased to 51 receptions.
